Establishment of client relationship - company / legal entity
Investment goal
Specify the Client's investment goals:
Arctic Asset Management AS is required to obtain the necessary information about the Client's risk profile, investment objectives, financial situation, knowledge and experience in order to assess whether an investment in the Mutual Funds managed by Arctic Asset Management AS is "suitable" for the Client. Arctic Asset Management AS only offers investment advice limited to the part of the Client's portfolio that is invested through Arctic Asset Management AS in mutual funds that qualify as UCITS managed by Arctic Asset Management AS. If none of the products Arctic Asset Management AS offers are suitable for the Client, or the Client does not provide sufficient information, Arctic Asset Management AS will not provide the service.
For the Mutual Funds, a standardized scale from 1-7 is used, which shows the connection between risk and possible return. The funds are placed in risk categories based on the risk of variation in net asset value on the basis of spread and volatility in the underlying investments in the individual fund. A high number means that the risk of price fluctuations is high, and a low number means that the risk of price fluctuations is low. Arctic Asset Management AS offers two types of mutual funds, equity funds and fixed income funds.
For more information, see Appendix 5 for a more detailed description of risk associated with financial instruments.

The Client shall inform Arctic Asset Management AS if the financial situation of the Client deviates significantly from the latest financial report.
